StampOz collects information that customers provide when they contact us or place an order, such as name, contact details, billing and delivery details, order details, personalisation wording and artwork.
Why information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare proofs, produce and deliver orders, provide customer service, maintain transaction records and meet legal obligations. Payment-card information is handled by the selected payment provider; customers should not email card details.

Website analytics and cookie choices
Essential cookies keep the basket, checkout and your analytics choice working. Google Analytics basic public-page measurement starts automatically for Australian visitors unless you have explicitly switched it off. Automatic measurement excludes checkout and account pages, and removes query strings and URL fragments from the page location and referrer. Analytics cookies elsewhere remain off until you enable them. There is no automatic cookie popup. You can choose Necessary only or Allow analytics using Analytics settings at the bottom of any page. Your explicit choice lasts up to 30 days. Custom shop events still require your analytics choice.
Analytics events may include page paths, device information, product IDs, quantities and order totals. Our custom shop events do not include names, email addresses, addresses, stamp wording or artwork. Advertising cookie consent remains denied. Google consent mode may send limited signals without analytics cookies when consent is denied. Google processes analytics data according to its privacy policy.
