• JP (Qualified) name and registration — 60 × 40 mm and Commissioner for Declarations — 60 × 40 mm: deeper layouts for your full name, correct title and registration number.
• The 50 × 25 mm compact JP and CDec name stamps suit shorter details where the document leaves less room. Compare the lettering in the live preview rather than choosing by size alone.
• JP Certified True Copy — 80 × 30 mm: an editable statement, name and capacity, with signature and date lines.
• JP Photo ID Certified Copy — 90 × 40 mm: more space for a longer statement. Enter the wording required for the document and recipient.

Can one statement cover every copy?

Check the document first. The Queensland handbook distinguishes copies of originals, copies of copies and electronic downloads, and explains the required endorsement and identifying details. Use the current JP and CDec handbook for your task. Do not treat the example wording in a shop preview as a complete witnessing procedure.

Is an official seal included?

No. For a government-issued seal or replacement seal, use the Queensland Government JP and CDec products service. A personalised name or wording stamp does not replace the seal, signature or other steps required for your document.

Personalisation and delivery

Replace all sample names and numbers, choose Black, Blue or Red and check the actual impression dimensions. Your saved details travel with the order, and production follows your approval of the emailed proof. Dispatch is within 48 hours after final proof approval, plus carrier delivery time.
