Recommended layout
Start with your preferred identifying name, place Chaplain below it, and add the approved organisation name on the last line. Do not enter client names, case notes or other changing private information in a reusable public-facing stamp. Keep service-specific reference numbers in the relevant record rather than turning them into a fixed part of the impression.

Questions about this layout
Can I use a school or hospital logo?
No logo is included in this preset. A host organisation’s name and artwork have separate permission considerations; this batch supplies editable text only.
Can the organisation line be omitted?
Yes. Leave it blank if the stamp should identify you without naming a single workplace. Check the rebalanced live layout rather than assuming an empty line will leave a writing space.
Proof before production
