Production Turnaround

Custom stamps are dispatched within 48 hours after final proof approval, as shown on our product pages. Delivery time is additional: dispatch means we have handed your parcel to the carrier.

When does production start?

Production starts after you approve the final version of your stamp. Time spent checking details, requesting changes or waiting for approval comes before production. If we revise your proof, check and approve the new version before we make it.

Ordering for a deadline?

For urgent delivery, large quantities or unusual artwork, email order@stampoz.com before checkout. Include the stamp type, quantity, delivery postcode and date you need it. We will confirm whether we can meet your requirements; carrier delivery estimates are separate from production.

Follow each stage

Your private order link shows: awaiting proof approval, approved, in production, made and awaiting post, then dispatched. After postal handover, it also shows your carrier tracking link.
