Where several people work in one office, a consistent name block can help recipients route an ordinary paper enquiry. Choose the capacity relevant to the document rather than listing every job title. Use the agency’s approved public name and consider whether a branch location belongs in the permanent impression. A business move or role change may make a very specific office address less useful over time.
Keep changing property and client information outside the stamp
A general professional name stamp should not accidentally contain a tenant’s name, property address, buyer budget or contract reference. Those details are specific to the matter and should be entered in its records. If you intentionally need a fixed property-specific stamp, distinguish that purpose from a reusable agent identity product before ordering. The preview will reproduce the wording you enter; it does not know which information should remain confidential.
A small block needs selective wording
These three products use the existing 50 mm wide × 25 mm high impression. Start with a name and role, then add only the identifiers and agency details needed. Long franchise names and licence labels can make four lines dense. If all of the approved wording is necessary, compare an existing larger custom size rather than choosing unfamiliar abbreviations solely to fit. A received or action-routing stamp is a different office workflow product, not a substitute for this identity block.
Personalise the fields on the product page and choose Black, Blue or Red ink. The live view is enlarged; the ruler describes the actual impression. Resolve warnings before adding a design to the cart. Save separate designs separately, then check their details in the cart. A saved draft or placed order does not approve production: review the final proof sent by StampOz and approve its specific version before manufacture. Delivery and production timing are separate.
Enter only professional titles, registration or licence details that you are authorised to use. StampOz reproduces the wording you provide and does not verify professional registration, licensing or authority. Check any document-specific requirements before ordering.
