描述
Practical use
Mark a document that needs additional information before your team can continue processing it. The wording asks the recipient to supply the marked details; it does not reject an application, certify a document or record that the missing information has been received. Keep the requested items clear in the accompanying document.
Plan your wording
Use the heading as the action label, followed by a short request that staff apply consistently. Replace the return-to line with a permanent team name if appropriate, or keep a blank for handwriting. Leave reference and date spaces for the individual matter instead of engraving one customer or file reference into the reusable stamp.
Size and personalisation
The impression measures 90 mm wide by 40 mm high; this is the print area, not the casing. Edit the text and line breaks in the existing live editor and choose Black, Blue or Red ink. Review all overflow and unsupported-character warnings. If the complete wording becomes too dense, compare a different custom size. Any name or professional identifiers in the sample image are fictional, not customer details or proof of registration.
Questions about this stamp
Can I change the request sentence?
Yes. Edit any line to match your own office process, while retaining enough blank space for information added by hand.
How does it differ from Return for Correction?
Information Required asks for missing details. Return for Correction asks someone to revise material already supplied. Choose the action that accurately describes your workflow.
Proof before production
Check the exact wording, every number, line breaks and ink colour in the saved design. Approve the specific final proof before manufacture. The acknowledgement in your cart is not approval to produce an unreviewed version. Production time and carrier transit are separate; see the proof process and delivery information.
Use and responsibility
Editable administrative wording. Confirm that the text matches your workplace process. A stamp impression does not establish that a check or approval has occurred.
