Decide whether the named entity should be an individual or a business before preparing the stamp. Mixing a business name with an unrelated personal identifier can make the block confusing. Use the licence wording and identifiers applicable to the entity and purpose, and keep project addresses, contract values and changing job references out of a general reusable design.
Recommended layout
Lead with the name or business, followed by the capacity you are authorised to use. Keep the licence label and number together. Add the ABN only if useful, then one concise contact route. Long licence classifications and several contact lines can still crowd the larger imprint, so review the complete block instead of assuming every field must be filled.
What can I personalise?

Leave optional details blank when they are not needed. Changes to wording update the same live impression; the stamp is not a fixed preprinted credential. Choosing the right size
This product uses the existing 60 mm wide × 40 mm high impression. The dimensions describe the print area, not the casing. Enter the complete wording before comparing readability.
