Practical use
Decide whether this is a personal correspondence stamp or a general parish stationery mark. A personal version should identify the person consistently across the documents on which it will be used. Shared reception stationery may be better served by a church address stamp, especially where staff or office-holders change but the organisation’s contact details remain the same.
Recommended layout
Enter REV. followed by your own name in the main name field if that is the styling you use. The title field can be left blank to avoid printing Reverend twice. Put the church name on the organisation line and check punctuation and spacing around initials. Long double-barrelled names should be checked carefully at the displayed millimetre dimensions.
What can I personalise?
The editor provides these relevant fields: Name; Church name. Leave optional details blank when they are not needed. Changes to wording update the same live impression; the stamp is not a fixed preprinted credential. Public sample details are fictional and must not be copied as real identifiers.
Choosing the right size
This product uses the existing 50 mm wide × 25 mm high impression. The dimensions describe the print area, not the casing. Enter the complete wording before comparing readability. Can I spell out Reverend instead of REV.?
Yes. The abbreviation is a starting suggestion, not locked text. Type your preferred wording, keeping an eye on the space available for the rest of the name.
Can I add qualifications after my name?
You can edit the name line, but only include qualifications you are entitled to use. Several post-nominals can make the small impression crowded; leave out nonessential details or select a wider existing size.
