A wide layout for your civil engineering statement

This stamp has an impression area 80 mm wide × 30 mm high. The statement sits above your name, title and registration details, with signature and date lines below. Use it where your own project workflow calls for a repeated statement and identifying details.

What to enter in the preview

  • Your exact name.
  • Your title or capacity, such as the civil engineering role you are entitled to use.
  • Your current RPEQ registration number and label.
  • The exact statement required for the document. This field is deliberately blank so an unapproved statement is not selected for you.
  • Any essential additional line, and Black, Blue or Red ink.
