描述
Practical use
A name-only format is useful when the surrounding letterhead or form already contains contact information. It can also make internal paper files easier to identify without repeating an entire business block. Keep the purpose of each document in mind: a convenient name mark and a required personal signature are not interchangeable.
Recommended layout
The name sits above the capacity in the preset. Type the exact name you use professionally and keep the capacity relevant to the work concerned. If you need identifying details, business contact information or another approved line, compare the larger Marriage Celebrant Details Stamp rather than squeezing the expanded block into the smaller name layout.
What can I personalise?
The editor provides these relevant fields: Name; Editable professional capacity. Leave optional details blank when they are not needed. Changes to wording update the same live impression; the stamp is not a fixed preprinted credential. Public sample details are fictional and must not be copied as real identifiers.
Choosing the right size
This product uses the existing 50 mm wide × 25 mm high impression. The dimensions describe the print area, not the casing. Enter the complete wording before comparing readability. Resolve overflow or unsupported-character warnings; a large on-screen preview is not a promise that dense wording will print clearly. For another size, compare the Custom Stamp Maker.
Questions about this layout
Does this replace signing a marriage document?
No. It is a text stamp. Check the instructions and requirements of the particular document; do not assume a stamped name is a substitute for a required signature.
Can I include an identifying number?
The small layout is primarily for name and title. If your intended use needs another identifying line, the larger details product gives more room and a clearer starting structure.
Proof before production
Check every name, identifier, line break and ink choice in the saved design. Review and approve the specific final proof before production. A cart acknowledgement is not proof approval. Read how proof approval works and the delivery information; production and carrier transit are separate.
Professional details and responsibility
Enter only professional titles, registration or licence details that you are authorised to use. StampOz reproduces the wording you provide and does not verify professional registration, licensing or authority. Check any document-specific requirements before ordering.
