Decide whether an optional provider description is genuinely useful, and do not add registered or approved status merely because the product mentions NDIS-related administration.
Recommended layout
Use the business or provider name as the main line. Enter the ABN with the label you want printed, then one useful contact route. The optional details field can identify the business service without implying government affiliation. Check the actual business name and contact text together, particularly where the organisation has a long legal name.
What can I personalise?
The editor provides these relevant fields: Business / provider name; ABN; Contact; Optional provider details. Leave optional details blank when they are not needed. Changes to wording update the same live impression; the stamp is not a fixed preprinted credential. Public sample details are fictional and must not be copied as real identifiers.
Choosing the right size
This product uses the existing 60 mm wide × 40 mm high impression. The dimensions describe the print area, not the casing. Enter the complete wording before comparing readability. Is the NDIS logo included?

Does this prove a provider is registered?
