A feedback record, not an automatic grade
This teacher feedback stamp is a reusable starting point for exercise books, worksheets and tutoring notes. It prints a heading and a short set of writing fields so you can record what was discussed and what the learner should do next. It does not award a mark, certify completion or say that verbal feedback has happened before you have actually given it. Use the same layout across a class while keeping the handwritten response specific to each piece of work.
Choose the fields you actually use
The starting design has Teacher, Date, Focus and Next step fields. Replace a heading with your own classroom terminology, or remove a field to make more room for handwriting. You can replace the teacher blank with your usual name if that suits your marking routine. Keep each label short and check the writing space in the preview. A two-word focus is easier to fit than a full learning intention; longer comments should stay outside the stamped box.
Aligned rules and sensible writing space
The 60 mm wide by 40 mm high impression gives this layout room for four consistent writing rows. Its ruled layout aligns the label and writing columns instead of relying on different lengths of underscore characters. Check both the left and right edges after editing. If you need more rows or long sentences, use the size guide rather than squeezing everything into smaller type. The date line is handwritten: this is not a rotating date-band stamp.
Before stamping a workbook
Measure an unused area on the page and keep the impression away from the student's answer or existing teacher comments. Test an inconspicuous area or spare sheet first because paper coatings, absorbency and show-through vary. Do not assume suitability for glossy worksheets or very thin book paper. The preview shows the design enlarged; it cannot demonstrate how a particular exercise book will absorb ink. Check your school's own marking and record-keeping practice before choosing the wording.

Can I use this for verbal feedback?
Yes. Change the heading to match your process and complete the record only after the feedback was given. This product does not create a digital feedback log.
Can I make a reward stamp instead?
All text is editable, but this starting layout prioritises writing fields. Use the general stamp maker for a short encouragement message without the record rows.
