Before entering the wording, decide whether the stamp identifies an individual practitioner or a contracting business. Check that licence and registration details are labelled clearly and belong to the intended entity. A personal number, company name and trading name should not be combined in a way that confuses the recipient. StampOz does not choose the correct licence class, registration label or legal entity for a customer.
A details stamp is not a compliance result
This group deliberately separates identity from inspection, certification and project approval. A builder details stamp does not approve building work; an electrical contractor stamp does not supply a safety certificate. Project-specific statements, signatures, test results, drawing revisions and dates remain part of the appropriate professional process. Entering a formal-looking capacity does not make the physical impression an official seal or establish authority.
Use the larger block carefully
The 60 mm width and 40 mm height provide room for a stacked identifying block, not unlimited text. Keep the most important name readable, followed by the exact capacity and licence details. Add an ABN or contact row only where it serves the intended document. Several licence classes, long company names and a service list may still be too much. Use the safe-area and text warnings, then check every label and digit in the final proof.
Personalise the fields on the product page and choose Black, Blue or Red ink. The live view is enlarged; the ruler describes the actual impression. Resolve warnings before adding a design to the cart. Save separate designs separately, then check their details in the cart. A saved draft or placed order does not approve production: review the final proof sent by StampOz and approve its specific version before manufacture. Delivery and production timing are separate.
Enter only professional titles, registration or licence details that you are authorised to use. StampOz reproduces the wording you provide and does not verify professional registration, licensing or authority. Check any document-specific requirements before ordering.
