Description
A repeatable sender-details block
This custom return address stamp is a practical choice when you repeatedly write the same sender details on paper correspondence. It starts with a Return address heading, a name line, an address line and a suburb, state and postcode line. Use a personal name, trading name or office name as appropriate. The design is separate from the recipient's delivery address and should not be confused with a postage stamp, shipping label or barcode.
Keep address lines clear and in order
Replace every sample line with your current details. Add another address line if needed, keep the suburb, state and postcode together where they fit, and check spelling and numbers carefully. The default left alignment creates a consistent edge for the address block. Avoid putting a long slogan or a large decorative heading ahead of information needed to identify the sender. If the preview becomes crowded, compare a wider custom size instead of relying on very small lettering.
Measure the available area first
The printed impression is 60 mm wide by 40 mm high. Measure the available space on your usual envelope or stationery before buying, and follow the carrier's current addressing instructions for the mail service you use. Keep required postage, service marks and machine-readable labels unobstructed. The screen preview is enlarged and is not a true-size envelope mock-up. This fixed-text stamp has no address database and cannot change addresses automatically between impressions.
Use the address you want to disclose
Only include an address you are authorised and comfortable to print on outgoing correspondence. A home address is not required by this template; choose the legitimate sender details that suit your situation and postal service. Stamping an address does not update your registered business address, redirect mail or establish permission to use a location. Check the details again whenever your business moves or the person using the stamp changes.
Paper and ink checks
Test on a spare envelope of the same stock before regular use. Coated, glossy, plastic and uneven packaging surfaces are not assumed compatible. Allow the impression to dry and inspect legibility before stacking mail. This product is a text stamp for suitable paper, not a replacement for carrier-generated parcel labels or specialist packaging ink.
Questions about this design
Can I use a PO Box?
You can enter your own valid postal details, including a PO Box where appropriate. Confirm the exact format and service requirements before approving the artwork.
Does it include postage?
No. It reproduces your sender details only. Postage, tracking and carrier labels are separate.
Customise, check and approve
Edit the text in the live preview and choose Black, Blue or Red. The current price comes from the matching physical stamp size. Check line breaks, spelling and the final dimensions, then review the final proof before production. The checkout acknowledgement does not itself approve the final proof. Compare the stamp size guide, see the proof approval process or start with the matching blank custom stamp.
