Ready-to-edit starting layouts

Choose an example below to open the matching stamp with its wording and outline already in place. Replace the example names and check every detail before ordering.

For teachers

For small businesses

For longer workplace wording

Text layouts use the same live editor and are saved with your order. Examples are enlarged on screen. Final proof approval is required before production. For paper inserts, cards and tags; test the intended paper. Fabric, glossy packaging and food-contact use are not claimed.

Choose your text or logo layout, then match the imprint size

For short names or a simple mark, start with 40 × 20 mm or 50 × 25 mm. Wider wording may suit 80 × 30 mm; several lines or a taller logo may need 60 × 40 mm or 70 × 40 mm. The 90 × 40 mm and 95 × 65 mm options give larger layouts more space. These measurements are width × height of the impression, not the stamp body. Measure the space on your document and allow room for readable lettering and any handwriting fields. Select text for the live editor, or logo / supplied artwork to upload your original file. Fine detail, logo placement and the usable area are confirmed in your final proof.

How do I order a logo stamp?

Open a custom stamp product, select logo / supplied artwork and upload your original PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP file. Use a clear source rather than a screenshot. Final placement, fine detail and imprint size are checked in the proof.

Will my logo update in the text editor?

The live editor previews typed text. The supplied-artwork option shows supported image uploads for reference; it does not automatically turn a complex logo into an approved manufacturing layout.

Can I use an oval layout?

Custom text products offer rectangle, rounded rectangle, oval and circle artwork shapes. These describe the impression artwork. Confirm the physical stamp body and final usable area in the proof.

Is the screen preview the finished stamp?

It shows the text layout and the stated imprint dimensions, enlarged to suit your screen. Paper, ink and stamping pressure affect the physical impression. Review the final proof before production.
